Beds and pillows in my queen studio were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was placed in the very central location right in the historic center. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly throughout my visit: D

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, within a close distance from Ferry Terminal. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and helped us find restaurants and cafes which were located next to. The queen studio that we stayed in was beautifully designed and tidy.

I enjoyed my stay, especially due to the great central location just a short walk to the waterfront and various restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was a bit cramped, and the cleaning staff arrived an hour before checkout, which could have been better managed.

The location was fantastic, only a 10-minute walk to the ferry station and 15 minutes to the train station. The bed was comfortable, and having skylights in my room added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Everything was clean and worked well.

I stayed in a studio, but it was quite disappointing that there were no curtains to keep out the light. I struggled to get a good night's sleep because of it. While the kitchen was nice, I wished for some tea or coffee supplies upon my arrival to make settling in easier before exploring Como.

I was shocked at the lack of hot water, which lasted just 5 minutes-really, who can shower like that? I was hoping for a complimentary gesture after bringing this up, but no stars for service here. The confusing entry made my arrival far less cute than it should have been. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The apartment was comfy with a nice terrace. Super close to everything, just a short walk to the lake and train station. Staff were great, super responsive via WhatsApp. Was like a cozy home base for our family trip!

Just spent 7 nights at Residence Diaz in Como-great value for a cozy studio! Perfect location close to shops and the lake, with a comfy bed and a nice kitchenette. Only downside was no personal contact with staff, just messaging, but everything else was smooth!

great location but noisy ventilation

The apartment featured a spacious and beautifully designed bathroom that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The cleanliness of the space was commendable. I enjoyed the enchanting city view from my window.

Charming Stay in a Great Location

The studio provided a cozy retreat with a lovely kitchenette for our snacks. The staff were friendly and offered great local dining tips. We loved the close proximity to beautiful streets and the convenience of shops nearby. Perfect for a family trip!
